Why teams choose Tixoola over a fragmented stack
Industry teams often stitch together ticketing, donations, merch, and email tools. Tixoola is built as one platform so your data, checkout, and operations stay aligned.
Checkout experience
Typical fragmented stack
Supporters bounce between a ticket site, a donation portal, and a separate store.
Tixoola unified platform
Combine tickets, donations, raffle lines, and merch in one cart and one receipt flow when you want them together.
Admin and reporting
Typical fragmented stack
Exports, reconciliations, and duplicate contacts across several tools.
Tixoola unified platform
One admin context for events, campaigns, registration, and commerce with unified reporting.
Day-of operations
Typical fragmented stack
Door lists, scanning, and messaging that do not share the same live data.
Tixoola unified platform
Mobile-friendly entry, QR workflows, and CRM messaging built around the same events and customers.
How you grow
Typical fragmented stack
Adding registration, merch, or messaging often means another vendor and integration project.
Tixoola unified platform
Turn on registration, store, fundraising, and CRM as you grow—without changing core platforms.
Pricing FAQ
How do default Tixoola platform fees work?
Each app (ticketing, fundraising, store, registration, CRM) can have a per-unit platform fee plus, where applicable, a percentage of the eligible transaction amount. The numbers on this page come from our public pricing feed when it is available; your organization’s agreement or custom credit plan may differ.
Why does the Store app show no per-item dollar fee?
Many Store configurations use a percentage of the eligible transaction total only, with no separate per-item platform fee. When the live feed shows zero for the per-item amount, that means no per-item platform fee for the default Store product—not that the service is free. Payment processor fees still apply.
Are Stripe or card processing fees included?
No. Card and payment processor fees are charged by your payment provider (for example Stripe) and are separate from Tixoola platform fees.
Can my rates differ from what is shown on this page?
Yes. Final fees depend on your region, product mix, and contract. Custom credit plans may override default public rates. Start signup or contact sales for a quote tailored to your organization.
What is included with Event ticketing pricing?
Default ticketing fees cover the ticketing app on the platform: event pages, ticket types, presales, QR entry workflows, reporting, and integration with store and fundraising in one checkout when you enable those apps. See the Event ticketing feature page for the full capability list.
What is included with Fundraising pricing?
Fundraising fees apply to donation and fundraising transaction types you configure—such as direct donations, digital raffles, and related flows—alongside goal tracking and supporter tools. See the Fundraising suite pages for details; compliance with local raffle and gaming rules remains your responsibility.
What is included with Registration pricing?
Registration pricing applies to structured program sign-ups: divisions, capacity, waivers, and balances. It is designed for camps, leagues, and similar programs within the same organization context as your other Tixoola apps when enabled.
How does CRM and messaging billing work?
The CRM app ties audience records to events and campaigns. Default rates may include a small platform fee per relevant unit where configured, with email and SMS sends often priced on usage tiers per your agreement. Confirm send rates and bundles with your contract or our team.
