Organizers and independent uses of information
When you interact with an Organizer's event, store, or campaign, that Organizer may collect and use information about you for its own purposes. Organizers are separate businesses; their practices are governed by their own policies and agreements.
We process information as described in this Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Services, including hosting data on behalf of Organizers and enabling transactions they initiate.

- Commercial information: orders, tickets, registrations, donation history, store purchases, and related transaction metadata (for example, items purchased and amounts).
- Payment information: payment card or bank details are typically collected by our payment partners; we may receive limited payment metadata (for example, last four digits, brand, status, and fraud signals).
- Internet or other electronic network activity: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring/exit URLs, and similar diagnostic data.
- Geolocation: approximate location derived from IP address or, where you allow it, more precise device location.
- Communications: messages you send to us or to Organizers through features we provide, and support correspondence.
- User-generated content: information you submit in forms, surveys, reviews, or uploads where those features are enabled.
- Professional or employment-related information: business contact details when you represent an Organizer or partner.
Sources of information
We obtain personal information from:
- You, when you create an account, complete a purchase or registration, sign up for communications, or contact us;
- Organizers and their authorized users, when they configure events or import lists in accordance with their agreements and applicable law;
- Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy);

How we use information
We use personal information for the following purposes, as permitted by applicable law:
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services, including processing transactions, delivering tickets or confirmations, and enabling Organizer tools;
- To authenticate users, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

- In connection with corporate transactions such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information:
- To Organizers when you interact with their events or storefronts, as needed to fulfill their programs and your transactions;
- To service providers and subprocessors who perform services on our behalf under contractual obligations;
- To payment processors, financial institutions, and fraud-prevention providers as needed to process payments and reduce risk;

Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may differ depending on the context (for example, tax or accounting rules, dispute holds, or Organizer configuration).
Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, to object to processing, or to receive a portable copy.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws (for example, rights to opt out of certain "sales" or "sharing" as those terms are defined locally). We do not sell personal information for money; where required we will honor opt-out signals or requests in accordance with applicable law.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our processing may be supported by appropriate legal bases under the GDPR or UK GDPR, and you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Marketing: you may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Transactional or service-related messages may continue where permitted.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.
Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Organizers may offer family or youth programs; in those cases the Organizer is responsible for lawful consent and notices under applicable rules.
International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

The Services may link to third-party websites, payment flows, or integrations. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
